This Photo was taken in Villa de Leyva, a beautiful colonial town here in colombia, 2 hours from Bogota.
There was a Kite festival in the days i was there...so everyone had a kite and they were trying to elevate it.
The happy kid and his brother were trying to make the Bat-Kite fly, it was sad, they couldent.
