Definately a cute little chap, I'm surprised you didn't bring him home (or is he now in your bath?).
From a technical perspective the picture seems a little oversharpened and a little too light (looking at the histogram its definately weighted towards the white end of the spectrum).

This is an incredible shot,amazing and a good aproach to the baby.
Exellent shot with clear light but i have a question for you...did you used tele for this shot?
because ok,you should not touch a baby for the mother abandom but i think that mothers are very jeallous and with a heavy point of view about strangers that want to touch their babyes!!!
