[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A view at sunset time over Guayaquil's commercial center ( part of it....) in the back and of Cerro Ana in the foreground a more impoverished neighborhood as seen from the heights of Las Penas a newly refurbished quarter with brightly painted houses and cobblestone alleyways situated right by the Guayas river.
ISO 100, F/8 ,1/80 the usual adjustments along with some saturation of colors were made in PP ,now what do you think ?

On voit trčs l'architecture de la ville et un trčs beau contraste de la photo..

Hi Carol, I appreciate this little peek at your Ecuador vacation!
Nice hazy sunset shot overlooking the city. Interesting to see the commercial area, and only a stones throw away, the impoverished neighborhood. Great job.

This has echoes of Philippines or any of dozens of countries arouond the world. Beauty vs. squalour in a single shot.

You did a good job of the PP to even out the levels in this shot, overall it has good balance and tones, and excellent detail drawn out of the shadows.

Hi Carol,
Impressive image of Guayaquil. The haze, the orange sunset creates a special mood. Fortunately the image isn't too bright, so the colours of the houses in the foreground are still visible. Great posting Carol!
