Hi Matthew
I like the look he's giving you, and eye contact is very important here. Composition is fine, too.
However, the face seems to be out of focus. It might be a question of quality loss in resizing, I'm not sure, but the eyes must be sharp. If you cloned out dark bottom corner it would make the pic more neat.
