I know how tough it is to take photos of columns from below because you are at such an acute angle. You managed to get this one wit good exposure and details. It would have been nice to have taken too the corner of the pediment.

I wanted to see the historic part of Arequipa but unfortunately it was not in our itinerary. These column details shown in your photo is very different though it borrows from the roman classic too.
