[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is one of the myriad rooms in the labyrinthine monastery of Santa Catalina built 467 years ago. It
is a small "city" within the city of Arequipa. In 1985, Pope John Paul II blessed this place.

The staircase on the left leads to a solid wall, with no door at the top. One wonders what purpose it served. Perhaps, a door once existed but no longer.

Michael, the blue captured a intense light in contrast with the greys. The red flowers are a focal point very important to balance the picture.
Well done.

Hi Michael,
nice place,good composition.
Abracos,
Ralf

Attractive and interesting image, with good composition and light. The stairs look like they were well used at some time, but now they make a good plant stand:) I like all the structual and visual elements here...and the sense of history adds curiosity. Well done:)
