We were on the bus from Puno to Cusco. The little girl came to me and started talking. I could not understand a word she said, unfortunately --- she has realized I was a "gringo", still, that would not stop her from sitting by me and telling me her story/stories. At one point I said: " Would you like some chocolate?" She just noded with her head in confirmation.
After all, we understood each other perfectly. :) |
