Returning form Carolina to Paramaribo at about 7 pm we suddenly had this scene ahead of us. I was struck by the strange greenish lighting. Having no tripod available I put the camera onto the hood of the car. I forgot to dim the headlights of the car, however, which caused the orangish colour of the brownish-red bauxite road.
I digitized the original slide by photographing it using my Sony MVC CD-300, using the dedicated external Sony flash gun. |

Hoi Loek.
Very well taken image, the way you digitalised the transparancy (slide) worked superb.
I still have a few 1000 to do as well. lol

Nice capture of those greeny lights.

Stunning nightshot Loek! Often the best shots we make are not planned and just 'jump in front of our lenses' Compliments on this one.

Zeer vreemde atmosfeer in deze foto, Loek. het oranje met het groene, bijna giftige licht.
Mooi gedaan,
Marleen
Interesting colour, well taken!
