[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Took this picture in my back yard. Never really saw birds as things to take pictures of, but this picture got me hooked. Now I have a bird book and shoot birds all over the southern cone of South America where ever my work takes me.

Nice action shot - I especially like the detail captured in the eye and face. You've really captured the sense of power and speed that comes from a bird of prey.
