| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is a composition of two stages in the life of a coffee bean. First on the left there are the flowers on a wild coffee tree, whitee with a very intense aroma it atracts insects. After several months, about 4, the flowers grow to the cherieson the right side, they start a green cheries and grow passing througorange until finally they are red and ready to be croped. The process up to the moment we can brew coffe goes through the unpulping (removing the red outside), the shaling (removing the hard outside of the fruit), this is the so called green coffee, it is later roasted and ground.
