Enthusiamsm, gratitude, sympathy, desire. The apricot is a mix of Peach and Orange, thus the meanings.

Hi David, you have captured your rose quite magnificently. Beautifully cropped to a good composition. Wonderful colours and the tiny details on the petals have come out well. Good job...
I'm not sure about it being the real Peace rose, as it looks too apricot, so I've copied what I got off the web:
"Peace" was originally discovered in 1935 and was given the very appropriate name 'Peace' on the day Berlin fell during World War II.
Peace has 12cm (4 inch) double flowers on long stems. Multi-coloured, the flowers blend from light yellow to soft pink which gradually deepens with age. with a combination of soft yellow edged with delicate pink that gradually deepens with maturity. Height is 1.8m x1.2m (6ft x 4ft).
