This shot could have been much more powerful with a better perspective. I believe you also used a flash which looks to have softened the colors a bit.
It is hard from the photo to see what is going on, and the mans expression looks rather blank.

Nice shot but the flash makes that FLAT it is prefered available light as the Mured Khan is not feeling well and he has cough syrup with..
