This small places can be found everywhere in Costa Rica. Usually they have a permit from the municipality, so they have to have also permit from the health department and need a patent to work.
It is ok to buy from them, just need to wash everything very well when you get to your place.
This place was located in a non flat street, that is why you see it a bit downhill. |
