Hello Walther,
This is a beautifully composed picture with good colours! Your 2 points is for this, and because I'm in a good mood today -
However you have a serious quality problem since the pixels do not behave the way they should... Hard to say what may have happened, one thing is for sure you may save at considerably higher quality (200 kB max, your is 74 kB only). You should investigate into this matter since your image is worth a better presentation!

I see Taal Volcano! Not the best view of it but it is difficult to shoot at the best of times.
Sunset shots need something very special to make them into winners. You cannot simply rely on a colourful sky. At least you have some clouds in there AND you have placed your horizon line within the composition to maximise on the sky - and on a thirds line. All good points.
As 'pablominto' says - quality is paramount and you can increase your quality easily. Just ask 'graemann' ;)
The manila Jury, actually in Las Pinas, awards you the full two points as encouragement but also hints that you have now used up half of your sunset shot allowance ;)

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think this is Sunrise. I've been to this place and shot pictures in the late afternoon. The sun was setting opposite. Nice elements here but the jpeg artifact and tilt distract. I'll give full marks because few people shot this scene in the early morning.
