This is the first time I have seen this "cartoon" mask being used, and it is not bad at all. You chose the right kind of picture for it - except of course it would have been nice with a speech-bubble coming up from the ferry saying: "Yes, I know, no lampposts for the next three days. For our next adventure I promise we will take the plane, Milou!"

Good experiment. a pity not too many seems interested of using the tech. too much.

It's a good subject for applying a cartoon mask here, and it's looks for me as the last image of an hypothetic "Tintin en Finlande", just before the classical "The End". It's amazing to see how close it comes to the cartoon ambiance. As a photo, I like very much the ferry leaving, creating a wake, and the harbour structure. I would just have straighten the tilted horizon by -1°.
