[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A 600 km trip from near Cologne(Germany) to Keukenhof(Netherland), I made today, and it was worth. I saw so much beauty today, that I have to share a part from it with you. Even if now it is 23:11, and I'm really tired. Four and a half hour I spend in that magnific garden, not knowing where to look, what to see, what to photograph...
Started at 7:30 from home, came back at 20:40.
About the garden I'll write tomorow a bit more, now I just say good night to everybody.

Nice one Janos, you captured beauty where it is unexpected, in a flower well past it's best. It is the lighting aand your choice of a tight crop that make this picture. Excellent work.

Lovely shot! Your focus is spot on, the centre of this dying tulip is nice and sharp, and the second one is fading nicely. For me the bit that really makes this shot is the lighting though, strong yet not overwhelming and the angle has really accentuated the texture of the flower nicely! Well captured, and thanks for staying up to share it with us :-D

I think Keukenhof will not approve of this publicity but I do. Nice crop and beautiful colors. So you can see that there is beauty evrywhere, even in a dying tulip.
