to be perfectly honest, the hand doesn't bother me... what does bother me is that it's not in focus. Also, she is very close to the edge of the image, and looking out of the frame, leading your eye out of the image very quickly as you tend to follow her eyes, leaving a lot of dead space in your image.
In short, I think the composition could be better... seeing as it's your sister, you should have ready access to her again, please ask her to pose for you more often and try to get the shot right :)

Bonjour Carolina,
Je trouve que cette photo a quelque chose qui me perturbe un peu. Déjà le regard de ta soeur est trop proche du bord, et puis ce petit coté photo solarisé au niveau des yeux gache un peu l'ambiance B/W. Et vu ta galerie, je dirais que c'était un "accident"
