The green insect on the green leave makes for an interesting composition with very few colours. The red border on the leave really makes the difference to the picture. Great sharpness and nice choice of DOF. Excellent!

Great DOF control. Among the similar greens cricket is ahsrp with its all details. And the red colored line on edge of the leaf adds a nice taste to composition. Well seen and captured. Thanks Leon!

Well I appreciate seeing the green Leon, I do love greens and blues. I hope summer will come too and hope that it will be warm in May when we visit Europe on a tour. Only a short time in Brussels though, and then on to Germany, Czechoslovakia, Austra, Italy, Switzerland and France. Each stay of about two nights only and sometimes only one. Anyway, I am looking forward to taking some good photos as memories of the trip.
I love this composition, the cricket is so delicate against the background and the luminosity of the green is wonderful. The framing adds a lot to the final image I find. Very nicely done.

This macro shot is so amazing. I like the DOF, creating perspective of similar texture and objects with similar colors. The red accentuate the green very well. The grasshopper itself is so sharp. TFS.
