Interesting composition. The dry branches make for a nice "net"work..I feel the desaturation could be more complete to make it B/W..
What would be really nice is if you could visit this spot in the monsoons and take another shot of the lush green trees..and then maybe have a split composition to show the contrast..Just a thought..;)

this is awesome mukesh.
the black and white here are at a perfect contrast, a scene i'd imagine in a nightmare and yet in full light with colours it isn't so scary afterall.

this is one of the best pics of silhoutted leafless trees i've seen here... you've captured an amazingly sharp image of the trees, no easy task : )
