Taken from the bow of the Mersey Ferry, with Liverpool and The Royal Liver Building on the left and Seacombe to the right.
In the "good old days" I think the ferry sailed directly across the Mersey to "the other side",but nowadays for £4.95 you can travel to the mouth of the Mersey Estuary and then stop at both Seacombe and Birkenhead on the Cheshire side of the river. |
