In August we were invited to a wedding in Denmark. Nina is Danish, Frederic is French-Canadian from Montreal. The wedding was the greatest celebration of cultural interchange I have witnessed in a long time - and I work for the European Union, so I am fairly close to cultural interchange every day. I know these two won't mind at all sharing their happiness with the rest of you. And this was taken at 3 a.m. when most of the guest had gone to bed. I wrote a song for them at their wedding, but here and now I can only quote another Canadian:
Dance me to the wedding now, dance me on and on
Dance me very tenderly and dance me very long
We're both of us beneath our love, we're both of us above
Dance me to the end of love
Dance me to the end of love
(L. Cohen - Dance me to the end of love)
Getting a shot like this, handheld, after too many brandies, is also a small wonder.
I worked on it in PSP but I forgot all the steps.

Oh, that is just so sweet. I would love to read the lyrics to that song one day. They must have ben very happy for it. Thank you for sharing a moment of joy in your life. Hehe, i can only say...GREAT job Per. I remebr some of the pictures i took this summer, at our firends wedding...after 01.00 they are mostly blured and onfocused. From a technical standpoint i woudl say that the background is a litle bit distracting and crowdy. Maybe you can try and move the ouside or so, in pp :)

Inexcusable... i missed this photo - for Frederic will make a good husband for sure, he comes from the right place, a proud nation of brave men and women :) .. she is lovely too. Nice picture. Hope they will be happy.

So lovely..... so touching!

This is great Per. The light of the depth of their love in their eyes very beautiful.

Yes quite an achievement here after the brandies.

The words by L.Cohen are great. That man has some great song. Did you ever see the song he did together with Buffy StClair? About magic... was great.

This sharing of culture is what I think in the end will help the most to heal this world to make it the united one that the Great One intends it to be...

Hi!
Nice photo, so lovely...
