[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
We rode the bus everywhere in London, upstairs on the doubledeckers if we could, downstairs if we couldn't. This photo was taken from downstairs on our way to the British Museum. This class of school children was going there, too, making their way on foot, suitably escorted.

ISO 400, focal length 45.0 mm. cropped slightly, and framed.

Nice photo, I like these shots that really show how the architecture/ atmosphere is like even when it's pretty simple. Thanks for sharing.

I like it!
it is hard to have a good one without preparation, and this one is nicely framed by the bus window, showing not only the story outside the bus, but speakin about that inside is someone with a camera geting every possibility!

A very interesting slice of daily life with great colors, and composition. TFS,
Fran

Hi Lois, wonderful shot- no matter where you go, it seems like all the school kids have backpacks- some places cell phones too! Nice capture of the kids and the beautiful wrought iron fence and buildings! Well done!

Best wishes,
Steve

A 'crocodile' with a gap. I do like the house style and quality - very London! Esp those lamps! Daily Life it is.
There is a great value to be had from just poking the camera at life and clicking. That moment in time studied later shows some surpringly interesting elements that were probably not noticed at the time. Most likeable.

One more photo and you'll make the 100 mark!

Nice and colourful shot Lois, I like the frame, and the cool little red hat in the corner... I hope that's a hat! Anyways, I like the structure behind the people, the black paint really is something! Not much else to say, except, nice piece of work! :)

Biance.

Good daily-life shot, Lois!
Like the black dominance in your photo - really reminds me of London!
And love a few details in your shot - first, the red hat on the frame in the bottom right corner! It's great! And like that you've included the round corners of windows which blend together with the frame you've added to your photo.
Well done!
Laine

Hi Lois,
Nice capture of these school children. A nice composition and get the feeling of being there with you. Thanks for sharing.

Is it tilted a little, Lois?? I LOVE this scene - the schoolchildren with their backpacks, the black building, the elegant light fixtures! Wonderful tones and colors.

Very good, especially taken from a bus!
Regards,
Gayle :)
