I felt like trying something i'd read about and seen on TE- playing with focal length, i suppose many of you have tried it before, just press the shutter turning the focus ring at the same time .
the result is not what I expected, probably because i did it with artificial light, plus had to set the speed at longer than recommened since the light wasn't that good, and that's why the background became more smooth, without the visible sharp rays i had hoped for.
the only PP is a little saturation and contrast. but i guess this is more or less how you view the world when you're intoxicated...:-)

p.s. do you recognize the wine?

kadarka?
this is the way you can see wine after having drunk some before ;)

Great shot. And it's even better with the title and this scarlet red as the background.

Finally I liked the result, I like the fact you have experiment it, I like because it's original, different.

I like the colors.. reminds mind a photo I posted a few days ago. Warm... Yes, it fits to a good wine ; )
Don't know which one here...

I find a way to do the same with digital. Digitals lock the zoom when we press shutter even in long expo. So i move myself and it's doing the same. Just need to well controling the movement. I did a few in my recent gallery. I discover the addatation recently...
I alway's like effect like this...
Here the red backgroon give a powerfull visual!

hi Aleksandra, this is a visually stunning image. brilliant and very well framed. Well done.

I know the feeling well Aleksandra ;)
The results of this experiment are very good. The colours are fantastic, and you've framed the image really well.
Was the wine tasty?
Thanks for posting, have a great week.
