Just bubbles....
Photoshop adjustements: copy image on seperate layer, apply a heavy gaussian blur to it and set the density of the copy layer on 75%. Then pick eraser tool with a wide soft brush (density about 30%) and apply on several spots so that the sharp original appears again.
By the way it's also a neat trick for portraits... |
