Wagon or Hearse?
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Ok it's a Hearse, somewhat of an odd thing to take a picture of but I'm a big fan of old cars and I thought it would make for a good shot. This is a 61' Buik hearse from the town funeral home in Cooperstown New York. I visited recently to see the baseball hall of fame and spotted this as I was leaving for home.
PP: Increase contrast +5, decreased brightness -2, increased the green saturation +5, sharpened and resized for TL. The post processing was done with adjustment layers so the changes could easily be removed if need be. |

This is a good photo of that old car...
Well done Dennis

Nice one Dennis.
We feel that this car will get out of the picture !
The white borders on the tires are beautilful.
I just have cropped to removed the border in the lefft bottom (I think it's a "parasit" to the picture)
Congrat
Good shot, well taken at exactly the correct height.
The lighting balance is done very well, you managed to have detail in the highlights as well as in the shadows Only in the left upper corner the light lacks a bit of contrast, but this might be my monitor.
Hurray for Zeiss and the photographer... :)
Very nice picture Dennis, very sharp, I like it.
Best regards
Guy
Not an odd subject at all Dennis. Some of the most beautiful vintage automobiles I have seen included some cool Hearse's, such as this one. I like the angle of your shot and your entire composition seem well thought out and effecitve.... :O)

Very good exposure of the car, very elegant photo which suits the nobility of this car.
Liron.
Dennis, I love this one! Nice angle of the Hearse and very well done on the PP. Personally, I like old Hearse's especially when you see the ones that have been converted for everyday use. Love the whitewall tires too! Well done!
