Right after the photography course I had yesterday, I decide to practice few concepts learned. This effect his done in photoshop by creating a layer copy of the image, add a gaussian blur filter to it and reduce the opacity of the layer to 50%. You can also add multiple blur layer and rotate it a few degree to get different effects.
