[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On this picture I would like to know how to sharpen just the seagull. My AF (auto-focus) didn't manage to get a lock on the seagull. That's why the picture is not so sharp.

I don´t think the bird needs to be sharp.The way it is it gives you the sensation of motion.Everything is so right in the picture.I mean the composition and the use of depth of field and also the color.It is a nice work you have here.Yod

I like it the way it is too. I might have cropped a bit to concentrate more on the bird. It's not really possible to bring a subject back into sharp focus through PP. Using the USM can help, but too much will make the shot look unnatural.
