[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
two daughters blooming
growing, blowing with the wind
someday will be gone

I have been trying to learn to take better pictures of my children and family: for posterity, for the grandparents, to enjoy. I wonder if anyone has any pointers on this photo? I like the colors and the distance viewed in this, and the wind blowing their hair. I was trying to catch a portion of the place where we were playing on our holiday.

They are just adorable Michelle. Your youngest daughter reminds me a bit of myself in that age. I had the same pouting mouth and serious look. I think you did very well in capturing your daughter here. I liek the idea of showing the suroundings as well and you have a nice diagonal in the picture. Very nice Michelle i really like it.

I think this is a great capture Michelle. Their expressions are really great - they show two very distinct personalities. Tip: Not always possible, but a fill flash would have worked well. I will try a WS later.

Lovely shot Michelle. I like it a lot, so I spent some time trying to show you how I would present it. It is a different view and you may not agree, but it looks good to me.

Nice portrait! It is already good as it is. Maybe more light on their eyes? Play with the lighting of PS. But really, Michelle, I like this picture mainly because of your COMPOSITION. Great work!

I love the clarity of this shot, Michelle. The detail is excellent, especially in their hair. I like the way you captured your daughters' different expressions - which I feel it is because one girl has less flowers! Well done.

Woww lovely photo. Two beautiful and sweet faces. Ur composition is great, pretty colors and u have gave a good depth.

très belle photo. Couleurs et lumières sont douces, la mise au point est parfaite, les petites filles sont très naturelles et adorables.
