Bamboo Garden
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This was taken in a studio garden that was open to the public last Saturday. The stand of bamboo is approximately 10 years old. The gardener is also the home owner and also a sculptor, so you can imagine how the whole property was a living-still-life of his work.
PP: slightly adjusted color saturation and levels, framed, and resized for here. |

Very greenish, I see?
The frames are ok. The shraness too.
I like the idea over all. Maybe sharpen it a little?
TFS.
Sharp, and colored. Good tight framing, I like it.
hi Karen, the colours look very harmonious.
Nice work.

toujours très graphiques, les bambous...
Belle mage.

I like the fact that you have a wide variety of subjects in your growing collection, including wider-view subjects and tight close-ups. A little wild on the frames now and then but that just might be a passing phase ;)
I am accustomed to bamboo being in the Philippines but it is usually in the wild and I haven't had the opportunity to try something like this one yet.
Well-arranged/cropped, slightly soft to me and just needs a little control on the frame, which should never really be noticed.
Lovely subject.
