One for humour value I was going to call No Sperm Crossing but I decided to ask if anyone actually knows what it means?

My first shot from my trip to Amsterdam and my first shot in another county that I’ve entered on Treklens (hopefully more countries to come) This picture wasn’t one of the best of the trip but it just stood out to me and I’m not sure if the sign was intentionally to amuse citizens or if it actually stood for something

Does anyone know what this sign means?

Suggestions welcome :)

Close. It's no sperm entry. Obviously a protected area...

The original sign is just supposed to be a white circle in a red circle, signifying that only authorized vehicles may enter; obviously someone thought adding a sperm stencil would be a nice touch.

Good catch.

Beware of Tadpoles.? Funny shot well seen.
Best Wishes.
