A light in the dark

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Photo is taken at my workplace one night when I had been doing overtime.
It was 01.23 at night we had just shut down the workshop for the evening and I was just about to clock out, whe I happened to notice one of the big grinding machines had a worklight switched on.
It had been prepared to perform a grinding job on a jet engine part called the front stator.
I felt the imagery of the lonely machine looked so peaceful in the middle of the night I just had to have a shot of it.
Photo is not best quality, camera is a mobile phone and generally the shutter time is a bit long. In addition it seems like all phone cameras have problems getting good photos of black features.
Hope you like it though.

Hei O.J.
Nice photo, I like the effect the light gives the photo. Nice composition. As you mentioned in your note the quality of the image is not the best in the world, but given the lighting at the time this is understanable.

At least to me and other mechanics this image has a great value.. Truly a nice scene. A bit lonely feeling yes!
Great work although as youve mentioned, the grainy dirt you get with cellphones in the dark. Great for taking outdoor\blue sky pictures though:)
Sincerly
