[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In India and Nepal, crocodiles eat people daily. Hindus believe your death is already picked the day you are born, it is fate. Crocodiles are in a huge glass tank at the Singapore tank. You see them underwater, waiting, drifting. I never saw them up so close in my life before. One needle nose croc never blinked the entire time I was there, never moved, his nails on the edge of the tank. These moved almost without motion, so silent, so slow, teeth waiting for a morsel, to snap. I felt this shot with the people reflections, was a nightmare of teeth. Their eyes are barely above water, watching. The salt water crocs had tails bigger than me. Poachers are their worst enemy. The crocs become shoes, boots, purses, a sad end for a mighty animal.

wow, that is bad expression in a right time to take picture.

Great capture thru the tank, I have seen their cousins (alligators) up close like this in the wild and it is amazing!

Good job, Gloria

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

Great shot from the aquarium, Gloria. Very effective with the reflection of the visitors included just where we imagine the crocodile to take a bite any second. The b&w enhances the scary feel. Well done.

Great picture... Could try to eliminate the reflection on the glass using the Polariser filter.

It is scary...
