Very nice lighting Andy.
I like the strong contrast between magenta and dark green. The flowers in the center are yet another story to tell... If that was technically possible, I'd like to see and enlanged crop of the center alone :)
Magnificant!

Very fine macro, the light and colours at its best

Startling and lovely contrasts! There is a bit of digital noise around the petals, but this flower certainly deserves its centered composition! Nice work.

Andy this is really an excellent photograph, you have captured the center of the flower perfectly, very sharp and clear. I love the DOF on this image, it is as if the flower is jumping out at you. The border is well composed and suits the image wonderfully.
Nicely done Andy.

Another great post of the flowers Andy - great colour, DOF and detail. I love the contrast between the closed and open flower btw. Huge difference. You should try one of those "yesterday, today, tomorrow" things, and have one of it wilting, with the other two before, all on one shot!! Just a thought. Great one - thanks for sharing.

Beautiful compositon and capture with unique colours - very fine work indeed Andy.

Very nice photo. I like flowers and this flower is very beautiful (i have many flowers in my galleries). Colors are nice and the flower is very sharp. Well done Andy.

the small sliver of color in the frame really accentuates the flower. this is very nice with the blur in the background drawing all the attention up front.
very beautiful.
