[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is from my old 35mm archives, and drew my interest again over the July 4th holiday. It was taken in Santa Barbara at a street painting festival. The artist made this look almost three-dimensional on the flat pavement.

PP: scanned from the original print, sharpened, slightly increased color contrast, framed, resized.
