wow excellent shot, a great B/W job
Good photo for an accident. If we could all be so ugly.
Good light, POV, focus is a little soft but for an accident not bad.

Some outstanding things do happen by accident!
The soft focus worked very well here, gives us a sense he is day-dreaming...pretty much like they do in the movies. Dreams are out of focus!
Maybe you should try tossing your camera around, with this luck of yours...! lol
