[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This shot was taken after an incredible storm - the foreboding clouds hung in the air for hours afterwards, and the scent of the rain on the dry ground was a relief. The skies were simply incredible, the clear sky can be seen underneath the rain heavy clouds.
The shot is a little grainy because of a high ISO setting, but the colours are true.

Hi Ashlee and welcome to TL. Lovely little mini pano with good colour and light. A typical Victorian scene when heavy rains are about. With your comments regarding graininess I offer a workshop. TFS,
David

Hi Ashlee,
After the thunderstorms the picture is beautiful with the wonderful colors, super.
kind regards
Eva

One thing about rain on the hot dry ground, even if you sleep through it,yes it is possible, the smell will let you know you have missed something. You get some great shots in dirty weather,Hah, we havent had more than a sprinkle since I got the darn camera so this is one old girl who is going to be a wet duck when it finally rains.

Hi Ashlee!
The photo is very vivid - I can feel the storm just passed and the air calmed after nature's outrage. There is one thing that impresses mer very much - it's the flatness of the land. Being burn among mountains I feel such a landscape a bit surrealistic - where are the hills from the horizon?!

Excellent focus and colors. Good pov.

Hi Ashlee,
I am a big fan of landscape photography, and had the opportunity to witness a storm simular like this on my last vacation. Actually the landscape was rather simular as well. You captured the atmosphere of the storm perfectly. Showing us the low hanging dark clouds. I like the color of the sky below the storm front a lot. I would recommend a small rotation to the right and would personally have chosen a different POV so that the tree was more off center.
TFS,
Niek

Hello Ashlee,
Great photo. I really like the stormy atmosphere. The landscape helps a lot with the mood. Well done.
Best regards,
Valeria.
