[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The quintessential ‘Old French Round Clay’ roof tiles are typically found in the southern regions of France. Their beautiful patterns, colours and shades decorate the roof lines of many buildings. These were collecting heatwave dried 'plane tree' leaves on a oak framed shelter in the 12th Century Chancelade Abbey complex. To get this shot I had to hang over a safety rail with my arms outstretched and had to 'shutter' the camera 'blind'. Oh the things we do for TL....

The image was cropped, framed and resized for TL.

Hi Tim,
I've always been a fan of clay tiles, and I love the variations within the uniformity in this shot. My brain wants to process it upside down, though.
Extra points for your gymnastics!
All the best,
Karen
