[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Tai Qing Gong (Supreme Clarity Temple) is one of the most important Taoist Temples in Northern China. Construction began in 1663, after a Taoist Priest prayed for rain, and came, after several years of drought.
During the different wars in Northern China, parts of the temple got distroyed. The reconstruction began in 1982 untill 1989. Now it still is a very good condition, without being "over restored".
This shot is taken along the entrance wall from a lotus flowers in pots. These are my first shots of my new 30D in combination with the new Tamron 17-50 f2.8.
Later I'll upload more of this interesting temple.
