Another of my shots from that cold, foggy morning. The fog was so handy because it made lighting so even and easy to work with.i'm still having a bit of a thing for cobwebs with water droplets on them - i hadnt been able to take shots like this successfully until i more recently bought the digi SLR. And i have a bit of a thing for old fences as well. not really sure - just like this shot.

PP: B&W, crop, curves, contrast, unsharp mask, resize.

Nice and peaceful, i can almost feel the cold wetness and the moisty air.

Hi Ashlee.
Very cool cobwebs. The contrast really makes them stand out. Great sharpness.

Hello Ashlee,
wonderful composition with an melancolic atmosphere. Maybe because this reminds me of the coming fall season. Excellent POV with great details and excellent choise of b/w tones.
Very well done.

What a great find and good moment to have a camera!

Hello,
This is why I should get up earlier. Morning mists and the tonal variations of soft light are so photogenic. Well seen and taken. Black and white was a good choice.

Best wishes, Martin

Hey Ash,
THis shot is fantastic! I love the subject matter and the way you have caught the chill of late summer/early autumn is wonderful. I like the bold black fence post and the contrast with a foggy b/g. Good work! Keep it up! I like your work.
