The Historic Stewart Farm features a beautifully restored 1894 farmhouse, pole barn, root cellar and heirloom gardens and orchard in a lovely pastoral setting on the Nicomekl River. Tours are offered year round by staff and volunteers dressed in Victorian-style costumes. Woodstove cooking, heritage crafts, parlour games and old-fashioned fun are part of a unique experience to be enjoyed by all. The surrounding park is an ideal spot for picnics, and walking trails take visitors through meadows, marshland and forests, where wildlife and waterfowl can be observed.
This picture was taken late afternoon, as the sun was setting. This is the pole barn built in 1894 on the Stewart Farm.
Cropped, added frame, adjusted contrast and used the poster edge filter in photoshop.
Thanks for viewing.

Again - I have nice memories of Stewart Farm, Liz. I'm a great fan of Poster Edges to add a little punch to some shots & I think this is a good example of where it works.

L'application du poster edge donne à cette ferme historique une allure toute particulière. Je suis comme David (DavidJenkins) enchantée des résultats que vous avez obtenus avec cet outil. Avec vous j'ai appris quelque chose, c'est bien intéressant...
Most interesting thank you Liz. I love living history. Was quite involved with one living history site in my homeland, New Zealand. Takes a lot of dedication. nice picture considering the time of the light. Realy interesting construction here.
