Nice expression on your daughter's face. I also like the soft focus that goes well with the mood. The lighting and the white dress makes her seem kind of angellic...
I would consider cropping the top and left just a tiiiny bit to place her head in the top left corner, so your eye is lead from her hand in one corner to her face in the other. Just a thought...
