| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Yesterday, I spent the afternoon taking shot of a college football game. I was busy taking shots of the spectators just before half-time break when I turned aroud to realise that these 45 "warrior style" guys were running directly to me. I did not know that I was standing in the opening of the fence (nice place to take shots) giving access to their locker room... I had time to take this shot then got out of their way... I bet that their helmets are built stronger than my lens ;o)))

Right place right time - and I'm glad you didn't try to see whether your camera would beat a helmet!
Sharp details and strong colours offset by a frame which emphasizes the colours - a really good shot.

Hi Richard,
This is a really eye catching shot! Great POV. However two things:
1) Perhaps the green in the grass and trees could be brought out more to give a really good contrast to the bright red jerseys.
2) The standing player on the left should be cropped out. He looks out of place and hinders the flow/balance of the shot with everyone else jogging.
Thanks for sharing,
Mike
LOL, you almost got nailed! I love the colors and POV. I can't believe it's football time again! I'll be a football widow until after the Super Bowl....

Richard,
A+
