Hello Tricia,

Okay what I have seen here is tungsten light, because yellow and red is so predominant. I also believe the flash have fired as can be seen in the photo, foreground and the ball is overexposed. Also the exposure was not adjusted properly. Have you adjusted the white balance properly? If not, please do adjust it to auto white balance to avoid false colors. If yes, then the only recourse is by photo editing, the most popular one and user friendly I suppose is photoshop. Then crop the photo to have it more eye catching.

Personally I prefer shooting it in a very low angle of view/point of view, the photo will be much imposing and powerful.

Cheers Tricia.

Thanks/Salamat,
Jeffrey

He really does look as if he is watching with half-closed eyes for somebody to try to get the ball so he can nail them.
Good photo and much improved with the workshop you did.
This is what this site is all about. People helping other in improving their skills.
I am sure you will do the same in a short month to other members.
TFS.

Tricia,

Thought I would shove my oar in. I keep coming back to this photo and I am finally doing something. This is a preciaous photo of your dog. I spent so long workshopping this in Photoshop CS4 that I lost track of everything I did to it, but here goes... hope you like it.
