Lake Champlain from Burlington VT, U.S.A.
I turned out the street lights and tweaked the saturation. Everyone has a sunset. When they're good they're good.

Hi Rik... a lovely sunset and delightful silhouettes but I find the photos in your gallery far too small to do them justice. I offer two workshops, one where I have cloned out the powerline on the top right and a rigging line middle left and the other a larger size. The enlargement has blown any definition but you can see how a larger photo would work.

Beautiful sunset capture, Rik. The colors here are just marvelous. Something about the ocean and sunsets, great. The only place I've seen the rival is over a beautiful large lake or Arizona in the desert.

Hello Rik,

Beautiful look of this landscape
amazed with such
beauty of colors in this horizon.
beautiful shot, great capture.
Congratulations for the picture!

I simply cannot resist sunsets/sunrises, Rik. And this is a beautiful one. As you say, a good one... not perfect though... for that you should have gotten rid of the cables on the left and top sides. Also, why so small an image ? You can get well below TL's limits with a 800x600 pixel image ;o)).
Anyway, TFS.

Hello Rik, nice shot of the sunset in Burlington. Nice colors from the sky. I liked it. Regards, Jáed.
