Hi Luciano,
I really like this photo and yes it is in perfect 3rds, very pleasing to the eye. However I think that you may have oversharpened the shot either in PS or in camera or both. The stones are dominating in the foreground, almost look as if the stones don't belong where sea meets shore. The colours are nice and natural. Try taking this same shot but from a much lower angle, more dramatic that way.
