| Straight flash shot of Hindu Deity Durga. Devi Durga was created by the oppressed Devatas(Gods) to destroy evil Asuras.Hindu Lord Shiva is her husband. She has ten hands holding ten deadly weapons.Durgyotsava is a festival where Durga alongwith Lakshmi,Saraswati,Kartik and Ganesh, her children, are worshipped for four days.It is one of the biggest in India, particularly in Bengal. In this pic, only Maa Durga is captured.I will be posting a more complete photograph shortly. |

Oh! cuantos brazos!, buena foto de la deidad!.
Tiene un cierto "aire" a las vírgenes cristianas.
Can you tell us something about her?.
Saludos!

Beautifull image and beautifully captured
Wonderful image, Guruprasad! The colors and POV are awesome. The face is a little spooky, but then again, so are the four sets of arms, LOL!
Thanks for the note on the festival.
