[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken earlier in the year, this man and his 3 girls were out in the yard looking for the ducks that come up for dinner each night. I am one of 3 girls and so this reminded me of my father and the times he spent with us. I am the oldest.

Every evening my father would take us girls outside, while mother cooked dinner. We tossed the football, ran plays, hit the softball and worked around the house. My father didn't have any boys, so we were basically taught that we could do whatever a man could do. This has gotten me in ALOT of trouble in my life! HA! We were basically raised as boys and Daddy taught us to take NO GRIEF from any man....now as he sees us girls SO STRONG, he has regrets! HAHA! He feels sorry for our husbands!

And regretful he should! That's no way to raise a girl. They should be taught to cook and to mend our socks.
OK, you can stop the fuming now, it was a joke.
Very beautiful photo full of emotion.
And your dad did well, he should not regret anything in your teachings. On the contrary, he showed you to be responsible for yourself and not depend on somebody else.
