What a nice shot this is! I love this type of night shot. I like the colors and the movement. I think wet concrete ground gives good colors to a colorful night scene. The blur works well here too I think.

Hi Mary,
Again a wonderful nocturnal picture full of action and colours. Great POV and good composition maybe next time a little shorter shutter time to get the neon lights more sharp. Overall very well done and TFS!
