[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This shot was taken on a trip to Paris in May. Every night at 8, 9 and 10 o clock the French light up the Eiffel Tower with strobe lighting, the blueish bulbs seeming to run up and down the entire length of the tower. I set up on the other side of the river and allowed the light to stream in for a few seconds. I took quite a few pics(again with my cheap Powershot!) but I think this is the best one. Dont know if you all agree with me!?

Hi Niel,

A very cool photo, especially with the lights on the tower. I think however it would have been nicer if u stood closer to the rails in order to avoid the people in the frame. Was the frame too small to fit it in at the rail?
