What a beautiful shot! You must have taken risks taking the shot in water? I assume you just handheld the camera and hoped not to be splashed by anyone :)

Very, very interesting composition. I like soft body color in contrast with blue and green colors of the water and sky, it brings some human warmth to the image.

As a landscape, the shot is only OK. I might recommend a little wider compositon, perhaps a graduated filter to reduce the brightness in the sky and give the cloud a bit more punch. But the inclusion of the person really makes for a stunning narrative shot that succeeds very nicely in the end.
